A snapshot of Nice

The waves are lapping softly against hundreds of pebbles as I’m walking along the Bay of Angels in the cool early morning sun.

My morning walk for breakfast just got a whole lot better since landing in Nice, France. Following on from my previous Nice, Monaco and Cannes posts, this is my snapshot of this beautiful region of France.

Blue sea, Nice, France
With views this good in Nice, for once I was quite happy to delay eating for a long evening stroll in search of a cute restaurant.
Shop fronts, Nice, France.
How wonderfully bright and enticing are these shop fronts?! French patisseries and local corner shops are winning it with colourful orange walls.
Bright orange buildings, Nice, France.
More bright orange buildings in France, bringing even more cheeriness to a summers afternoon. Also loving the overflowing window boxes.
Yellow pharmacy, Nice, France
The most photogenic pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Only in Nice, France would you find such a cheery and bright pharmacy.
Brick archway, Monaco, France.
Just casually posing underneath this brick archway and everywhere I go in France.
Monaco palm trees near the Monaco Casino.
Stepping into a scene from the Thunderbirds surrounded by Palm trees.

Polka pot dress, Monaco, France

Blue sea, Monaco, France
In case you were wondering, yes the sea really was this blue in France IRL.
Colourful buildings in Monaco, France
Colourful buildings on literally ever street corner in France.
Blue sea, Monaco, France
The deep blue sea, France.
Polka dot dress, Monaco, France
Sunday morning strolls around town in the best polka dot dress.
